Tariff Pricing
A published rate schedule (per cwt or per cubic foot) used to price interstate moves.
Interstate carriers must publish a tariff with the FMCSA and bill from it. The tariff defines rates per 100 lbs (cwt) or cubic foot, accessorial fees (long carry, stair carry, shuttle, packing), and discounts. CRMs that ingest the tariff can auto-quote any lane.
