Crew Size
The number of movers/technicians assigned to a job, scaling rates and capacity together.
Crew size directly drives hourly rate and how many cubic feet (or square feet) a crew can move per hour. Common scaling: 2 movers $150/hr, 3 movers $185/hr, 4 movers $225/hr. Right-sizing the crew is the difference between an on-time job and a 12-hour overage.
