    Close Rate

    Percentage of qualified estimates that convert to booked jobs.

    Industry benchmarks: residential movers 25–40%, painters 30–50%, roofers 15–30%, plumbers (replacement work) 40–60%. Close rate is driven by response time, estimate quality, follow-up cadence, and brand trust signals. Tracking close rate by source identifies which channels actually pay back.
